Details you submit
When you submit, this website saves your name, preferred channel, contact details, language of interest, message and consent in its enquiry system. This form does not accept document uploads.
Purpose
The website saves your request and emails its details to DD for review. DD replies personally through your chosen channel; customers do not receive an automated reply.
Storage and changes
Requests are stored in the enquiry system’s database for the administrator to review. To correct, withdraw or delete a request, message @edvisabydd on Facebook or Instagram with your reference. Do not submit sensitive documents through this form.
External channels
Facebook and Instagram links open those services, where their own policies apply. No additional marketing trackers are included on this website.
Website infrastructure
This website uses Cloudflare to serve pages, store reply requests, verify the form with Turnstile and send request notifications to DD’s business Gmail inbox. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and technical page performance for DD to review. Google processes notification emails under its service policies. Only DD and authorised administrators can read reply requests. The verification service receives technical data needed to prevent automated submissions.
