Which languages are available?
Thai and English course coordination. The institution, level, learning hours and timetable are confirmed before enrolment for each case.
How do the 12- and 15-month routes differ?
The 12-month route is for existing Non-ED holders. The 15-month package structure starts with 3 months and a proposed further 12 months. Both require individual assessment; neither guarantees a period of stay.
Do I need to attend classes?
Yes. You must study and meet the institution’s attendance requirements. DD helps confirm those details before enrolment.
Is there an age requirement?
The team uses ages 14–65 as an initial screening policy, not as a general legal rule. Minors require additional institution and guardian checks.
Are transfers available?
Yes. Free pickup at Khon Kaen airport, transport to your appointments and return transfers are included for both scheduled immigration rounds. Confirm your appointment date and pickup details before booking travel.
How can I get a cost breakdown?
Talk to DD for a route assessment and an itemised quotation covering inclusions, exclusions, payment and cancellation terms before deciding.
What happens when I request a reply?
The website saves your request and emails its details to DD for review. DD replies personally through your chosen channel; customers do not receive an automated reply.
